IT IS BETTER TO BE ROOTED THAN BEING PLANTED.FOR HE WHO IS ROOTED IS CAPABLE OF STANDING AGAINST ANY EXTERNAL FORCE.WHEN A STRONG WIND BLOWS AT THE NIGHT YOU COULD SEE THAT IN THE NEXT DAY MORNING SOME BUILDINGS, STORES, TREES ETC HAS COLAPSESE AND LIES DOWN ON THE NAKED HORIZONTAL GROUD WHILE OTHERS ARE STILL IN THEIR POSITION.MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS,THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT THE ONE'S THAT DIDN'T COLLAPSE HAS GOOD FOUNDATION AND ARE THEREFORE ROOTED WHILE THOSE THAT COLLAPSED DOESN'T HAVE THEM.YOU SEE THIS IS THE REASON WE(CHRISTIANS) NEED TO BE ROOTED AND NOT PLANTED.

we live in this world but we are not of the world.as the bible says he who is born of the fresh do things the fresh do and he who is born of the holy spirit do things of the spirit.to be call a true believer you must be born twice thus by natural means and also by the holy spirit,it does not matter whether or not you being born of the holy spirit, anything at all can be at your door step being temptation, disappointement, miscourage, economic decadency and a whole lot of negative things can happen to you.we must remember that even our saviour jesus christ was tested by satan but he let his focus be on GOD and triump over satan.in any situation we must let our focus be on GOD only and hold firmly to our faith.
