ALPHA TAXIS is a 60 year established business in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. We are professional, social and fast-paced.
We are now recruiting owner drivers & you are required to have a taxi license.
Our Expectations Of Our Drivers:
- Safely and efficiently operate a taxi to transport passengers to their desired destinations
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and attentive to passengers' needs
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable ride
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience as a taxi driver or delivery driver is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and attractions is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly in various traffic situations
Please note that this position may require heavy lifting of luggage or other items for passengers.
