Situated in the village of Horafakia (approximately fifteen kilometres from Chania, Crete, the villa is about a ten minute drive from Chania airport. Flights can be booked from Gatwick to Chania with Easyjet or Ryan Air, or (via Athens) with Aegean. Heraklion is about a two and a half hours drive to the villa. The villa’s accommodation consists of a double bedroom en-suite, a twin bedroom en-suite
, an open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen, outside patios and a shared swimming pool with the next door villa. There is a large garden with views of the White and Stavros mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine is situated in the main bathroom (Greek style). All bed linen, towels etc. The bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a bar-be-que in the garden. The villa is strictly non-smoking. There are several beaches a short drive away, and the nearest beach is a fifteen minute walk. The village of Horafakia is a few minutes walk along a country lane, and there can be found a good supermarket, a car hire business, hairdressers, snack bars, a chemist, petrol station and 4-5 tavernas.
