Nestled on the breathtaking third peninsula of Halkidiki, beneath the majestic backdrop of Mount Athos, our recent stay at Eagles Palace was nothing short of extraordinary. The stunning views alone are enough to leave you speechless, but this beautiful resort offers so much more.

As a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Eagles Palace perfectly combines luxury, authenticity and warm Greek hospitality. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, the resort has something for everyone, with an exceptional collection of rooms, suites and private villas.

Families are especially well catered for, with a fantastic kids club, endless activities and water sports that keep little ones entertained from morning until evening.

One of the true highlights of our stay was experiencing the Bon Vivant all-inclusive programme. From exceptional dining experiences to stylish bars across the resort, every detail has been carefully curated. A special mention must go to Kamares, the adults-only restaurant created by Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, which delivered an unforgettable culinary experience.

Eagles Palace truly blew me away, exceeding every expectation, and I’m already dreaming of returning.

What an incredible few days in Dubrovnik on a fantastic FAM trip hosted by Mason Rose and Adriatic Luxury Hotels.

I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Hotel Excelsior, perfectly located just a short walk from Dubrovnik's Old Town. Waking up to those breathtaking Adriatic views each morning was something truly special.

During our stay, we enjoyed a site inspection of Hotel Bellevue, perched dramatically above the sea, followed by an amazing dinner overlooking the crystal-clear waters. We also visited Dubrovnik Palace Hotel, the largest of the three properties, which offered a more resort-style feel with extensive facilities and stunning coastal views, before enjoying dinner there.

One of the highlights of the trip was taking the Dubrovnik Cable Car, soaring 778 metres above the Old Town. The panoramic views across the city, coastline and surrounding islands were simply unforgettable.

We also spent time exploring the beautiful Elaphiti Islands by boat, with a stop on the charming island of Lopud for a wonderful lunch and some time to soak up the relaxed island atmosphere.

Before heading home, we visited the renowned Karaman Winery, famous for its delicious sweet dessert wines, and enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Konavoski Dvori in the picturesque Konavle region before making our way to the airport.

From the rich history and culture of Dubrovnik to the stunning scenery, crystal-clear waters and exceptional hospitality throughout, this trip showcased exactly why Croatia continues to be one of Europe's most captivating destinations.
