Booking & Deposits

Due to our relaxed attitude regarding deposits, we have unfortunately been ghosted at the last minute a couple of times this year.

We do require a certain amount of response from our customers. If this isn’t happening, jobs may be cancelled and those dates will be freed up for customers who are more responsive.

We have never let anybody down in the 10 years we have been operating, and we intend to keep it that way.

if you receive confirmation from us that you are booked in, please take this as gospel.

We will do everything we can to make sure your move goes ahead as planned, but we do need communication from you along the way.
