ring and font and layout is correct we cannot be held responsible for any errors, once the proof is Approved and the printing commences, any changes that you ask for will incur a charge per invite. All orders are posted by First Class ‘Recorded Delivery’ and a signature is required upon delivery. Postage and Packaging Charges
Postage and Packaging Charges are approx £1.70 per 10 invitations. Invitations are carefully packaged in quality tissue paper and sent first class, with proof of posting, within 2/3 days of payment.

3. Any disagreement with your order should be emailed to us at [email protected] to us within 48 hours.

4 I will only accept written Information for your invites through email

5. If you require a sample, we charge the same price as a normal invitation you will receive the sample wording too, they are priced at what the individual invitation costs a plus postage.

6. If you decided to cancel your order once the invitations have been produced for approval, there will be a charge of £10 per set deducted from your refund to cover our time/costs.

7. some of our invitations come with tied satin ribbon which may need adjusting on arrival after transit.

9. Once an order has been completed no refunds will be offered unless the cards do not hold together, in which case replacements would be offered on return of the original invitations.

10. Any damage received in transit will be replaced subject to photographic evidence and receipts and return of all items.

11 These items are handmade, cut, stuck, printed, and put together by hand. They are therefore never 100% uniform.

13. I own the copyright for my wedding invitation designs; they should not be copied by you or any other party.

14. all information supplied to me regarding wedding invitations is kept by me for my records and will not be shared by any other third party.
15. We reserve the right to cancel any order with a refund at any time. We reserve the right to decline any order.

17. Balances Due – you will receive a invoice after you have placed your order where you will see your balance due Date, when the balance has been paid and received. all orders will be posted by royal mail, Delay in payment will result in a Late/Payment holding charge of £20

18. We require 50% deposit of the whole order before I make a start on your stationery. (The 50% deposit is non-refundable) as the items are handmade. And also secures your slot in the diary . The remaining balance is payable once the order is complete. Payment can be made by banks transfer, cash or cheque.
