The role involves accompanying children and young people during their morning and afternoon school transport journeys.

Following a technical issue affecting our telephone systems yesterday (11.05.26), we have decided to accelerate a planned telecoms system migration rather than restore the old setup temporarily and risk further interruption during the scheduled upgrade period.

As a result, our IVR call routing system (“Press 1 for… Press 2 for…”) will be offline for a short period while changes are completed. This may also temporarily reduce the volume of incoming calls we are able to manage simultaneously.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank customers for their patience during this transition.
