💜 Story time 🏡

So… who actually is Wendy?

With lots of new faces finding The Wendy House lately, I thought it was probably time I explained the name behind the little house. 🏡

I get SO many messages that start “Hi Wendy…” 😂 and I'll admit, sometimes I roll my eyes and think my name is Lauren! But then I remember… actually, that's quite lovely... Then i get teary.. But also proud.

Wendy was my mum. We lost her in 2022, and somehow her name has carried on finding its way into people's homes!

It all started in February 2023, Through raw grief, and eager for distraction, The Wendy House of Beauty was born which is still very much alive and kicking.. But then I had another little idea…

Some sprays, a few cloths and absolutely no idea how much it would grow, The Wendy House became what it is now.
I'm genuinely proud of what this idea has grown into and I hope Mums proud to.

No judgement. Kind, caring, a little bit different, and treating every home and every person as an individual just like my mum did, The Wendy House made sense in every way 🥹

So keep calling me Wendy occasionally 😂 I'll let you off.

I just hope somewhere along the way, I'm making her proud. 💜

So there you go, The Wendy House was always more than just a name. 🥲
