a little FYI from The Wendy House Services

✨ Companion & Support Visits are charged for the time spent with you, whether that's chatting, body doubling, decluttering, organising, attending appointments, practical support around the home or simply having somebody there to help you tackle the day.
Regardless of how the time is used, your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you and is charged based on the TIME booked. Not the service.

✨ Cleaning, deep cleans, decluttering projects and home resets are charged separately and will always be discussed in advance.

✨ Additional tasks or extra time requested on the day may incur additional charges.

✨ Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the booked service fee.

✨ Payment is due on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
