Early Morning Gatherings - a must in these extreme temperatures not only for the livestock but also for the dogs. Making sure they have plenty of water in this weather is crucial. Lucky to have plenty of water on the farm🍀🙌🏻☀️

Earmarking 2026 competed 💪🏻🙌🏻 Lambs have had their first mineral and worm treatment and pour on to protect them against fly strike. Happy with the lambs; looking strong and healthy.

Walking the cows home for the Summer. The cows will be going to the bull in a few weeks time and the cycle starts all over again. The cows will spend the next 9 months grazing up to 1850ft. A large part of their grazing is a SSSI. They are a fantastic management tool to keep the SSSI in optimum condition. We use the No Fence collars to prevent over grazing fragile areas of habitat but also to reduce fire load and wildfires on the hill. 💪🏻💜

IMPORTANT NOTICE BWLCH MOUNTAIN ROAD USERS🐑🐑🐑

PLEASE SHARE 🐑🐑🐑

Anyone who travels over the Bwlch, PLEASE can you do so with CARE and CONSIDERATION for the Livestock that live there. They have RIGHT OF WAY… it’s their HOME. 🐑💜

There are now ewes with young lambs out on the mountain again after being in for lambing. The lambs are not street wise and do not care for cars on the road. We have had two lambs killed this week and one ewe already!!

PLEASE SLOW DOWN and take a WIDE birth of all sheep on or even near the road. Just because it’s a 60 MPH speed limit doesn’t mean you have to go that speed. 🙏🏻
The road is dangerous enough already. Please remember It’s a LIMIT NOT a TARGET.

This would be MUCH appreciated… 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

THANK YOU to all the careful and considerable drivers out there💜🐑

HALF WAY~ We are 10 days into lambing and just over half way through the ewes. The recent warm and dry weather is making a massive difference. The ewes and lambs are thriving in this glorious weather. Especially as our singles are lambing out at 1850ft. They need all the help they can get.
