Our target market is to service Freight Forwarders, we are strategically based at Stanwell Moor at the end of the airport apron giving our Heathrow based clients fast response times. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, our offices are manned 07:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday, and calls to the office outside of these hours will be handled by a controller who is responsible for out of hours calls. our call to our office, one of our experienced controllers will deal with you request, they are trained to offer fast accurate information, such as quotations, vehicle availability and in transit updates. Upon your booking, you will receive an e-mailed Booking Confirmation, this acknowledges we have received your request and we are actioning it, you will also receive an e-mailed POD on job completion. Our drivers are fully trained in the art of communication, they will immediately report any discrepancies or damages to freight they are collecting, also any delays they may have at collection point and/or en route to destination, this information is passed on to our controlling staff, this will enable them to update our clients, obviously very important information our clients require when working to a deadline or schedule. We have a wide range of vehicles available, Small vans, 2 x pallet Transits, 3 x Pallet transits, 4 x pallet Sprinters, Lutons (both box (tail lift) & curtainsider) 7.5 tonnes, curtainsiders & tail lifts.
