This customer phoned up a few days ago with their car going into limp mode (restricted power) we arranged for them to bring it down and within 35 minutes it was diagnosed to be a egr fault that had caused a major build up of carbon soot. furthermore the intake manifold was also overflowing with unburnt soot. Not allowing the vehicle to breathe how it should. Within a few hours and a new egr and a good clean out, no more limp mode and back to full power with no codes at all!!! One very happy customer 💯

Ford came in with an egr valve circuit open code. Upon diagnosing the egr and the flap had a big build up of carbon (soot). A new egr rectified the fault, in some cases these can be cleaned. this customer wasn't so lucky!

The customer phoned up with grinding brakes seemingly coming from the fronts, after diagnosing the inside pads had ground right down due to sticky caliper sliding pins.

A good clean up and a bit of grease and a set of new pads (disks were fine) it was back together and on its way with the hour! One happy customer💯🧰

After the dreaded battery charging system fault came up on the dash. After the diagnoses the alternator pulley had amazingly snapped off and caused the belt to shred! The customer opted for a replacement alternator instead of a pulley replacement and a new belt of course! A few hours due to waiting for parts and the vehicle was back on its way.

The customer rang up saying that they couldn't get any gears, after a short recovery back we managed to diagnose the clutch plate was defective causing the car not to drive while in gear! 4 hours later it was back on the road!
