We are currently working on a scheme to regenerate the land adjacent to Surbiton Station and will be holding a public consultation to hear local feedback on our plans. The consultation will run from Monday 11th December 2023 until Sunday 14th January 2024 with events taking place on:
🔘 Tuesday 12th December 2023, 2pm – 8pm
🔘 Saturday 16th December 2023, 11am - 4pm
🔘 Thursday 11th January 2024, 2pm – 8pm
At the former Southern Ticket Hall, Surbiton Station, Glenbuck Rd, Surbiton KT6 6BZ
The plans aim to deliver high-quality, much needed homes alongside a new 250-space multi-storey car park and improvements to the northern and southern public realm, making the station easier to access. The existing station building, designed in the modernist style, will be retained and the southern ticket hall restored and brought back to life as part of the development.
