So, we'd been looking into the possibility of using our CAT2000 tub mould to take the rereleased Classic model. Unfortunately, due to the shape of the tub, the standard battery holder won't fit, just. Today, a customer pointed out that Schumacher now offer a transverse battery holder which hopefully means, using that holder, the Classic kit will now fit our tub. As we've only just found out about this holder it's untested but it's a step in the right direction.

Some cyclists want a chainring to fit an Olympic track bike, while others want to use them to cycle behind a Porsche at over 170mph. Some might want them to compete at a local time trial event. Some just want to cycle to the local coffee shop with their friends on a nice summers day, using the lightest and possibly nicest looking parts available. A 45 tooth fibre-lyte chainring won't set any speed records but it will certainly look great on the worlds lightest crankset.

When the hour record just isn't enough.......
Canyon rider, Great Ayton lad and friend of fibre-lyte, Alex McCormack has broken the 7 day cycling world record, managing over 3800km through all kinds of horrendous weather and averaging over 18 hours per day on the bike.

Congratulations young man!

Canyon ultra-distance cyclist Alex McCormack is now a world record holder after an incredible seven-day endurance project to discover how far he could ride in a single week.
