This is our let only service, for which we do the following:
Visit the property to carry out a market appraisal
Market the property
Conduct viewings
Carry out a comprehensive credit check on tenants
Produce a thorough inventory
Provide a Tenancy Agreement
Arrange a Gas Safety Certificate and an EPC for the property
Notify the council and utility companies of the new tenant
Collect the first months rent and deposit, which is then forwarded to you

8% inc. VAT plus £150 initial start up fee*
This is our full management service which includes the following services:
Visit the property to carry out a market appraisal

Collect the rent each month and send out any ‘arrears’ letters
Carry out periodic inspections of the property

Take note of checkout meter readings and notify the relevant authorities
