Another great Ladies Wellness Day had by all ..
Kayaking, Hiking, Sauna,
Bbq, Fire pit, finished the night with strawberries and prosecco ...

Good day beautiful ladies
Samantha and I will be hosting another weekend away
@ Nethergong camping
Dates 15th & 16th May

£15 pppn based on 2 sharing you can also bring your van or £22.50

Over the course of the weekend Sam will give us a Thi Chi class , I'll take you on a guided meditation, also Reflexology by Sam and Indian head massage by myself all free, if anyone has anything to offer , please come on down ..

Friday set up tents fire pit and music , please bring your own food and drink .

Saturday your welcome to cook your breakfast on my gas bbq or burner
I'll supply the basics like, frying pans , cooking utensils, table, plates , cups, cutlery ect ( please bring your chair )
09.45 meet up to walk to kayaking
Kayaking 10am driven to Fordwich and 2 hour kayak back to Ferrygrove .( more info please dm me thanks )

Saterday late morning Kayaking ( please let me know if your interested as I have to book kayaks)

Sunday breakfast
Then your welcome to join Sam and I on a guided walk will also talk about what we can forage along the way .

I've a few tents if anyone would like to borrow one please bring your own bedding.
If your not interested in camping that's fine your still welcome to come along and join in on the activities.

Good evening all
Today I took the time to visit the Magna Catra at Runnymede near Windsor and also next to the Thames .
Really enjoyed the whole experience,,lovely easy walk to the Memorial, also liked Writ in water , walked up over the top and dropped down to the John F Kennedy memorial...

Gorotta trails .
The picture with the stone has red / white lines is part of the GR11 which is a walk on the Spanish side of the Pyrenees, GR10 is the French side , it would be a good walk , I'd like to put a small group together for next year ..
