What a weekend! 👏

We were proud to be at the Kent Country Show at Quex Park over the Bank Holiday weekend! 🌳🐴🚛

It was fantastic to be part of such a brilliant local event, bringing together everything from countryside traditions and heavy horses to live stunt displays, classic vehicles, food and entertainment 🎪

For us, events like this are a great opportunity to get involved in the local community, meet people and enjoy a weekend away from the usual roads and depots!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, came along and helped make it such a fantastic weekend. 💙

🚛 Team Spotlight – Meet Callum 🚛

This week, we caught up with Callum to learn more about his journey at Firmin, how his career has developed, and what he enjoys most about being part of the team.

🔹 How long have you worked at Firmin?
I've been with Firmin for just over three years, and it's been a great experience from day one.

🔹 What made you want to work in transport?
I've always enjoyed driving, so the idea of turning something I love into a career really appealed to me. The transport industry also offers something different every day, which keeps the job interesting.

🔹 How did your Firmin career start?
I joined Firmin as a van driver after being recommended by a Class 1 driver who had worked for the company for many years. It was a great opportunity to begin my career with a well-established business.

🔹 Any milestones you're proud of?
One of my biggest achievements has been making the transition from being a van driver into an office administration role. It's allowed me to develop new skills and gain a greater understanding of the business.

🔹 What do you enjoy most about the job?
The people. Everyone is friendly, supportive and always willing to help, which makes Firmin a great place to work.

🔹 Are you working towards any future goals?
I'm always looking to learn more and continue developing my skills. My long-term goal is to progress within the company and hopefully become a manager one day.
