At 001 Taxis, we are always looking for ways to keep providing you with the same brilliant service you’ve come to expect, while keeping our prices as fair and affordable as possible.
To help us do this, we are officially updating how we operate behind the scenes. 001 Taxis now acts as a **disclosed booking agent**.
**What does this mean for you?**
Absolutely no negative changes whatsoever! You are still fully protected, and 001 Taxis remains fully responsible and liable for every single job booked through us.
The only small difference is how payments work when we use our brilliant partner drivers to help us cover your jobs:
* **If your booking confirmation says I am your driver:** Nothing changes! You will continue to pay 001 Taxis directly just like always.
* **If we partner with another trusted driver to assist with your journey:** You will simply pay that driver directly at the end of the trip.
By operating this way, we don't face unfair tax liabilities for journeys we don’t personally drive. Most importantly, it means we can pass those savings straight back to you and keep offering the **same great value** we always have.
