Deep down, you already know there’s more you want to do. The Adventure Wellness Club exists to help you actually do it. It started in 2016, when founder Jennifer cycled up Italy’s brutally beautiful Stelvio Pass — and realised she was far more capable than she’d ever believed. Since then: She's learned to speak Italian, ski-tour, mountain-bike, run ultra-marathons, teach Yoga and guide sauna sessi

ons. She's now using the confidence that her experiences have given her to design female-focused adventures and experiences that help you feel that same shift, using her principles of Challenge | Connection | Community and those of the '3 Day Effect'*

The wellness part? Every adventure ends with a sauna session for added benefits. Ready to step outside your comfort zone — and feel amazing doing it?

My thoughts, as ever, were with me; this time flowing in a circle of self-appreciation ✨
Crouched on the rocks, the vast Abruzzo reflected in my eyes. Grateful for my wandering nature, my curiosity, and my spark - the deep feeling, the risk-taking, the star-seed energy that makes life vivid. The mountains can shine warmly or pose challenges with their storms. Either way, I’ll have fully lived within them.

The net benefits of networking...

I love making genuine connections with people. Just the other day, Rory Finch (MSc) laughed as I told him about stumbling across a couple foraging—naked, wicker baskets in hand.

“I bet you spoke to them.” --- Of course I did!

One honest moment of curiosity turned into connection and trust—exactly what the hashtag is about.

That same openness led to a conversation this morning with ✈️ Danny Waine 🏖 , who introduced me to WINIT-WOMENINTRAVEL INC In her TED Talk, Alessandra describes tour guiding as a powerful form of social change empowering women on both sides of the experience; female guides like those I hire (Intro coming soon) and my female clients —through storytelling, confidence, and shared understanding.

I’ve also discovered a couple of new platforms where I may list my next trips.

A reminder that when we lead with curiosity and connection, opportunities tend to follow. ✨

Hi everyone. 👋

I'm Anna. I'm a podiatrist 👣 and business owner of The Foot Hut Podiatry, all of which I fell into 🙈. I do tend to have a bit of a just do it approach to life ✨

I'm Mummy to Owen and Ben, who sometimes accompany me on walks if these feature ice cream or picnics 🤣

I enjoy walking in the peaks, travelling around the country, and seeing friends. I've also been doing some running in a business and social running group. I also attend Jenn's yoga classes to start my week off.

Looking forward to meeting like-minded women and to the we'll have adventure together 💫

My first ever 45km ultra; I was the solo English woman to enter the 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

I have a lot of Mountain experience now, especially in this region of Italy. Getting to stuff my face with panini, move my body through mountains and laugh with the locals really was amazing and of course it made me miss living in Trentino, come sempre!

Before this this I'd never even run a marathon. Was I nervous? yeah - did I do everything perfectly? No! But I know myself and how determined I am! I've grown up in family affected by life-limiting chronic fatigue so to even contemplate an event like this feels a priveledge.

I feel grateful, proud of myself, and thankful for all the help and advice along the way.

Everyone went off SO fast at the start, I was running with the broom team 🧹 😂
But it was an opportunity to remind myself, in that very moment, that everyone has their own pace...much like life. Also, I knew I'd overtake on the uphills, love 'em! 😉💪🏻

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Fearne Cotton at her Happy Place Festival. When I asked her what nature means to her, she replied simply: “Sanity.” 🌿

Like Fearne I’ve found that time in nature helps to manage my mental health; it gets me into my body and out of my head like nothing else!

Truth is, as a society we spend 90% of our time indoors, always connected - but somehow more disconnected than ever.

My goal? To change that with Adventure Wellness Trips for Women — journeys into the mountains offering physical challenge, connection to breathtaking nature and a community of lovely people.

Basically, I want women to embrace their power, realise how capable they are and return with memories (and friends) that will last a life time.

Here's to Wellness, through Adventure! 😎
