🚢✨ FIRST NIGHT ONBOARD MS DARAKUM! 🇪🇬

Our first night onboard the Mövenpick MS Darakum and she absolutely hasn’t disappointed! 😍

From the beautiful Moroccan-inspired interiors to the fabulous atmosphere onboard, we’re already settling into life on the Nile and loving every minute. 🥂🌴

And now… it’s time for our first port of call — Qena! 🇪🇬✨

We can’t wait to see what today brings as we continue our journey down the River Nile. 🐪🏺

🩵✈️ One of the best parts of being a travel agent…

Even when I’m out of the country myself, I absolutely LOVE getting messages and updates from my special clients while they’re away enjoying their holidays! 🥰🌍

There’s something so lovely about seeing the photos, hearing how much they’re enjoying their hotel, and knowing that the holiday we planned together is living up to expectations. ✨

From those little “look where we are!” photos to messages telling me how amazing everything is — they genuinely make my day! 📸☀️

Being able to help create those special memories is exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

And yes… even while I’m exploring Egypt myself, I’m still excited to see where my clients are enjoying their adventures! 🇪🇬🐪

We’ve spent one night at the beautiful Pyramisa Hotel, sitting right on the banks of the River Nile… and WOW! 🌴🌊

The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the staff have been so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. ❤️

We enjoyed a gorgeous meal at the Italian à la carte restaurant 🍝🍷 — the perfect way to end our day.

We’ve only had one night here, but we already know we’ll be back! 😍

Next time, we want to properly slow down, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy everything this beautiful hotel and its incredible Nile-side location have to offer. 🇪🇬✨

Luxor, you’re already stealing our hearts! ❤️

🇪🇬✨ WE’VE ARRIVED IN LUXOR! ✨🇪🇬

And so far, the Pyramisa hotel certainly hasn’t disappointed! 😍

We’re staying in one of the newly built Executive Rooms with a Nile view and honestly… just beautiful! 🌴🌊✨

Waking up to views like this is definitely going to be hard to beat! 🥰

🏛️✨ THE GRAND EGYPTIAN MUSEUM 🇪🇬

While waiting for our flight to Luxor just thought I would share our visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum yesterday — and wow, what an experience! 😍

Standing in front of this incredible building and stepping inside to explore thousands of years of Egyptian history was something truly special. From ancient artefacts and fascinating stories to the sheer scale of the museum itself, there was so much to take in. 🇪🇬✨

💡 Our travel tip: We’d definitely recommend visiting with a tour guide. This museum is absolutely ginormous, and having a knowledgeable guide with you really brings the history and exhibits to life, while helping you make the most of your time there.

One of the things we love most about being travel agents is experiencing destinations first-hand, so we can come home with genuine knowledge, recommendations and tips to share with our clients.

And our Egyptian adventure doesn’t stop here… 🇪🇬🐪
