1 year of Crossfit, my first competition that wasn’t organized by my gym. I still have a lot to improve, but the first step has already been taken. I know my focus, I know where I want to go with so much training and sacrifice. Thank you my friends, it’s been years since I had so much fun in a weekend. We took 2 hours to compete and 22 hours to laugh. Thank you Sergio and Dani for the support from home until the end of the competition, I confess that in weightlifting you gave me a boost that I no longer had.
