we carried out a full house clearance for a local family in the Thanet area after the sad passing of a loved one.

We recently completed a full house clearance, kitchen/bathroom rip out, all doors and fireplace taken out for one of our regular landlord clients here in the Thanet area. The property had been left completely full, requiring a full clear-out before it could be brought back up to standard.

Alongside the clearance, we also carried out a full kitchen rip-out, removing units, worktops, appliances and all associated waste — leaving the property stripped and ready for its next stage.

🚛💪 Busy day for the JF Clearances team!

Our rubbish truck and scrap truck have been working side by side today down at Westgate Skate Park 🛹 — great teamwork and another job well done!

While the scrap truck was handling metal collections, the rubbish truck was still out on our regular clearance runs, keeping Thanet clean and tidy 🌍
