WAYNE GUNDRY
We are greatly saddened by the death of our friend and colleague, Wayne, on 17 August. Wayne was a great ambassador for Welsh’s Coaches since joining us in 2017 and took great pride in his vehicle. Never one to shy away from a new task he was happy to answer the office telephone when we were snowed under following brochure launches. He happily took on the role of updating the company’s social media site and used some stunning images taken with his then new toy, his drone! He was very popular with staff at Welsh’s and at hotels. Passengers enjoyed his company and he enjoyed sharing information about destinations and resorts with them.
All in all Wayne was an all round ‘good egg’ and, at 60, was taken far too soon.
