We are absolutely over the moon to share that Dominique was the winner of the Shining Star Award! This is a fantastic achievement and we are all so incredibly proud of her hard work and dedication.

Huge congratulations, Rhys! 🎉

Joining the Darcica team nearly 3 years ago, Rhys has just gained his HGV Class 1 licence through our Driver Growth Programme.

Rhys becomes the 8th person to pass since the programme started, and is just one of the 6-man team we are supporting to get their licences this year alone. Rhys has had a stellar career so far at Darcica, recently undertaking his Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship... he's also our qualified ADR (dangerous goods) driver!

Encouraging growth in our team, it allows the company to grow with them. We are committed to driving the transport industry forward, and this is a testament to that commitment.
