You may have seen back in September but we've officially passed our Mission Zero Accreditation Audit!🌱

Achieving Mission Zero standard validates that our operations deliver top-tier efficiency, fleet safety, and genuine environmental stewardship.

"We’re delighted to meet the Gold standards of Mission Zero WRRR & Sustainability for another year! Ensuring quality fleet standards and setting out our roadmap to zero collisions, emissions and prohibitions is key to everything we do"
— Melanie Tattersall, Director of Sustainability & Communications

Congratulations to the whole team on this achievement!💚

Ahead of World Mental Health Day tomorrow, we’re taking a moment to reflect on this year’s theme: Lived experiences heard: Real voices, real change💚

Mental health is just as vital as maintaining our sustainable electric fleet. That’s why at Darcica, personal connection and team well-being are built directly into our culture.

Whether our team members are based at our Bicester warehouse or out on the road, our Mental Health First Aider, Mel, is always there to offer a confidential listening ear, dedicated support, or just a quiet chat. Having on-site mental health first aid ensures our workforce feels heard, respected, and backed up every day.

Real change starts with real conversations.

Yesterday, Anthony attended the Freight Decarbonisation Summit! 🚛

Sustainability is at the heart of our family-led business, and we are proud to lead the way in sustainable transport across Oxfordshire.

The summit brought together operators, policymakers, energy providers and technology specialists to confront the realities of delivery and to focus on what happens next.

We're excited for Anthony to bring back the latest insights to help us keep driving towards a better future!

Behind every delivery, there’s a local team dedicated to doing things right. 📦💚

At Darcica Logistics, customer service isn't an automated ticketing system - it's a personal promise. Named after our founders' daughters, Darcey and Jessica, our business is built on integrity, family values, and true care for the products we handle.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day!

It is a time to break the stigma, spark meaningful conversations, and look out for one another💙

Keeping our drivers, fulfilment staff, and office team safe means caring for their mental health just as much as their physical wellbeing.

Mel, our dedicated Mental Health First Aider, is always on hand to offer a confidential ear and support. Supporting others also means remembering to look after yourself.

On the 7th September, we welcomed Matt from Out of the Grind to our warehouse for our well-being day. It enabled us to have positive conversations with our team about their wellbeing along with free coffee! We also held mental health training, Spotting The Signs for managers in the morning ran by workplace psychologist Rebecca Lisi to continue to support our wider teams.
