The team finished last week with a flat move on Saturday from the 3rd floor (with no lift) to the second floor of a new flat (thankfully with a lift). The team certainly got their steps in during this one. 🤩

How early should you book your house move?

Often we get customers getting in touch on the week of their move, as this is when they have eventually been given a set date...

However, with SJB's you don't need to wait until your date is confirmed. Actually, we'd prefer to hear from you much earlier, as this avoids the possibility of us being booked up and unavailable.

So, when should you get in touch?

Well as soon as you know you're moving house...

Whether that be in a couple of weeks or a few months away, we're happy to hear from you! We'll arrange a quick visit to discuss your move and get all the details we need to provide an accurate quote. This is completely free and there is no commitment to using our services after we've visited.

We'll then pencil in an approx date in our diary and keep in touch as the time gets closer to confirm the exact date, ensuring that your move is under control!

No problem for the SJB team though 💪🏼. We did make sure to lineup a bungalow house move for the following move though to compensate for all the steps… 👀🤣
