Job Summary
The Business Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational support functions of a busy taxi office. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports dispatch and driver coordination, improves processes, and helps maintain high levels of customer service and compliance within the transport business.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise office support staff, including call handlers and dispatchers
* Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient booking and dispatch processes
* Support the coordination of drivers, vehicles, and schedules to meet customer demand
* Monitor and improve customer service standards, handling escalations and complaints
* Maintain accurate booking, driver, and financial records
* Assist with driver onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks (e.g., licences, insurance)
* Ensure compliance with local authority licensing regulations and transport laws
* Monitor office performance, including call response times and booking accuracy
* Support payroll processes, driver payments, and expense tracking
* Manage office systems, including dispatch software and communication tools
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
