Duncombe Park Steam Rally is one for the vintage car lovers! ❤️‍ Rally together to watch this magnificent event hosting classic vintage steam engines including tractors 🚜, cars 🚗, lorries 🚛 and motorbikes! 🏍️ What a visual treat! Also, there are plenty of fairground rides 🎡 and stalls offering a taste of vintage nostalgia!

Alongside this trip, my Saturday Pick picks Pickering! 🤣 The perfect day out in Pickering could involve a gander in the museums 🏛️ or a stroll through the markets 🏪 to grab the best bargains! We do love to visit back to our favourite friendly towns 🏬 and villages 🏠 and Pickering is certainly one of those that never disappoints! 😀

🌟🌟🌟🌟 LUKE'S SATURDAY PICK!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's June (already!) and it's time for Luke's Saturday Pick! 😍 This week I am picking our choice trip between Scarborough or Filey!

Scarborough's beautiful coastline 🏖️ and harbour ⛵ are truly stunning, however that's not all there is to this fab location! The shopping area is a short, yet entralling tram ride away! 🚋 There's also the arcades along the front and I've been known to hit the jackpot before! 🏆 And of course crabbing 🦀 is one of my all-time favourite pastimes - honestly it's worth a go!

Or you may fancy a day out in Filey instead? Filey, like Scarborough, has a gorgeous coastline 🌊 and plenty of space up the promenade to blow the cobwebs! 🕸️ With the lovely independent shops 🏪 and cafés ☕ and Filey Zoo 🦜 just around the corner, there is simply no reason not to book it! 🤣

🌟🌟🌟🌟 LUKE'S SATURDAY PICK!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The dynamic duo of the lakes are back! Welcome to Luke's Saturday Pick 😎 where I showcase one of our upcoming trips every week and this week it's Grasmere and Bowness on Windermere! 🥳

Picture 📸 this: it's the end of June, marvellous warm weather ☀️ and you're meandering the village shops in Grasmere before you take a seat on a bench 🪑 admiring the beautiful lake vistas, 🏞️ before you head to a nearby café for an afternoon tea! ☕ Sounds like heaven to me! 😇

Also, Bowness on Windermere is our afternoon stop. Just imagine sitting on a jetty 🛶 bobbing along the water 🌊 as you admire the stunning scenery! What more could you possibly ask for? An ice cream maybe? 🍦 Or perhaps a gingerbread biscuit? 🍪 Or if you're like me, then it would be both! 😋

🌟🌟🌟🌟 LUKE'S SATURDAY PICK!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Happy bank holiday weekend everyone! It's time for Luke's Saturday Pick, 🥳 this week I'm picking a trip I have been on myself before! This one is to Liverpool and the Floating Grace Afternoon Tea Cruise! 🚢

We first have some free time in Liverpool; what will you choose to do? 🤔 Here's some ideas: there's plenty of museums 🏛️ around including the Liverpool Museum and the Tate Museum at the Albert Dock! 🚢 If the weather's good, ☀️ there's plenty of walking space along the front to see some amazing landmarks and street art! 🎨

Now for our afternoon tea ☕ special! Sitting upon the waters of the Albert Dock is the Floating Grace! Upon boarding, you will receive a scrumptious afternoon tea served with a scone 🍪, sandwiches 🥪 and the most amazing cakes! 🍰 There will be an opportunity to receive a talk on the history 📖 of the Albert Dock to add some insight 👀 into your day!
