⚡ 500 electric buses and counting.

Three years ago, Greater Manchester had just 35 zero-emission buses. Now more than 500 are out on our streets, helping make Bee Network journeys cleaner and quieter.

And we’re not stopping there. Around 160 more electric buses are on the way as we work towards a fully electric bus fleet by 2030. 🐝

There are now 50 School Streets in Greater Manchester! 🥳

More than 20,000 pupils are benefiting from safer, calmer and greener journeys to school.

Dame Sarah Storey joined Salford City Mayor Paul Dennett at Peel Hall Primary School to see the difference for themselves, where walking to school has jumped from 56% to 74%. 🚶‍♀️

Next stop: 100 School Streets by 2028. 🐝
