Downstairs cloak room conversion in Delph.

Removed existing WC & basin, installed new shower cubicle with electric shower, WC & small cloak room vanity unit with basin & heated towel radiator.
Room was fully ripped out before damp proofed & fully plastered then part tiled with new LED downlights.

Not been the easiest of jobs but prevailed & got there in the end . Full rip-out, re board, insulate & plastered. New ...

Not been the easiest of jobs but prevailed & got there in the end . Full rip-out, re board, insulate & plastered. New Velux window added to the roof, with the added insulation & a heated towel radiator to hopefully cure previous damp issue. Ready for skirting boards & decorator. 🥵🥵🥵
