I am writing to introduce our company, R&P SONS WELDING, based here in the UK on the River Thames and UK Canal System. We specialize in the complete conversion of barges into high-quality houseboats, handling every stage of the process from start to finish.

Our expertise covers a comprehensive range of marine works, including both spray and traditional painting techniques, metal fabrication (structural and non-structural), plumbing, 12v and 240v electrical systems, solar system installations, engine repairs, and much more.

Through the fit-out of numerous barges and narrowboats over the years, we have cultivated the techniques and skills necessary to achieve the best possible results and deliver work of the highest standard. We are particularly skilled in metal fabrication, whether for structural integrity or aesthetic enhancements, as well as hull overplating and cabin extensions.
