Tonight we had the privilege of visiting the Buhay exhibition in Dalston. A wonderful celebration of Filipino life, culture and the stories that connect us all.

We were honoured to have played a small part in the Kwentong Kahon installation, which explores the history and meaning of the balikbayan box. For over 30 years, we’ve had the privilege of helping connect families in the UK with their loved ones in the Philippines, so seeing those stories and experiences brought to life through art was incredibly special.

The exhibition beautifully captures the sacrifices, resilience and love that have shaped generations of Filipino families. It was thoughtful, moving and incredibly well curated.

If you’re in London this week, we highly recommend taking the time to visit. The exhibition is free and runs until Saturday 25th July. It’s at the BSMT Gallery, 529 Kingsland Road, E8 4AR.
