Shipping update
We understand that many customers have been concerned about the recent situation in the Middle East and how it may affect shipments.
We would like to reassure everyone that our shipments to the Philippines continue to move as normal.
The vessels carrying our cargo are already travelling on alternative routes away from the affected areas and services remain operational.
Our regular collections across London, surrounding areas, and the wider UK continue as scheduled, and families can continue sending boxes as usual.
Many customers have been checking with us before arranging their shipment, which we completely understand. At the moment, shipments are continuing normally and customers can proceed with confidence.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will post updates here if anything changes.
