Frieze London and Frieze Masters are both in The Regent's Park, 14 to 18 October, open 11 until 7.

They sit at opposite ends of the park, and the private views are over in Mayfair and St James's afterwards. By the time you've done the two tents you've already walked a fair way, and that's before crossing town.

Frieze's own advice is not to drive, which is sound, because there is nowhere to leave a car near any of it.

Get dropped at Park Square West, and have a car waiting there when you've had enough.

Two Sundays, two stadiums, and neither one is central.

11 October is Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 18 October is Wembley. Both kick off at 2.30pm, so from a central London hotel you want to be moving by midday rather than at one.

They're at opposite ends of the city, and the roads immediately around both close to traffic on event days. Everyone leaves on the same whistle, into a part of London most tourists have never been to.

Niall Horan is doing two nights at The O2, Friday and Saturday, doors at 6.30pm.

North Greenwich sits on one Tube line, and around twenty thousand people want it at the same moment the show's over. If you are driving, the Blackwall Tunnel is the other queue nobody pictures in advance.

For a stress-free evening, arrange a drop before doors, and a pickup at an agreed spot once the road clears. A group of seven will easily fit in our Mercedes V-Class.

Kick-off is 7.45pm. Getting there is the easy part. It's when the game is over and 90,000 people are leaving at once that catches you out.

The roads immediately around the stadium are closed to traffic on match days, Olympic Way is on foot only, and the residential streets nearby are restricted for a wide radius, so anyone who drove is walking back to the car anyway.

A chauffeur waits at a pickup point agreed before you go in, far enough out to be moving while the crowd is still queuing.

Everyone leaves London on the same night.

Fashion Week ends tomorrow, which means Monday evening is the airport run for most of the people who came for it. Mayfair to Heathrow at 6pm on a Monday is closer to 75 minutes than 40, and after five days of shows, a meter running on the M4 is the last thing worth watching.

3AM alarm… I knew this was going to be a long one! 😴🚘

Up at around 3am to get myself ready and out for my first pickup at 4:15am, taking my clients down to Gatwick Airport.

From there, the day just kept moving.

Back into London for a City drop-off and another pickup, then a St Pancras job before heading out to Dartford to collect another set of clients and take them across to South London.

One of those days where you finish one job and you're pretty much straight onto the next.

It's been a busy one, a long one and plenty of miles have been covered, but that's another day's work done.

Now I think I've earned some sleep! 😂
