Are you a dynamic person looking for an opportunity to develop your potential in a small but busy office? Established family removal business is looking for a well-motivated person to join an expanding team growing sale by generating new, and expanding, existing business.
Some experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right, tenacious, outgoing person who is looking to maximise their earning potential by developing new skills.
Experience within the removal industry as well as a good understanding of the industry would be huge advantage, however this is not compulsory.
A flexible, well rewarded, package is available for someone who enjoys working hard and being successful and is willing to contribute fully to a small, driven team
The position is based in Hatch End and only a 5 minutes’ walk from the Station (Overground)
Job Specification
Liaising with customers telephonically from our enquiries
Booking & Coordinating Appointments for Two Directors and a Sales Staff via telephone, email and WhatsApp
Completing appointments survey sheets
Monitoring of Leads & Sales
Other Sales related duties
Person Specification
Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking & Writing)
Experience with Outlook, Excel & Word
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Able to work on own initiative
Experience in a similar role would be a huge advantage.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Understand and manage personal performance daily.
Maintaining confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements:
Lead Generation, sending quotations and estimates, keeping track of all leads convincing finally closing deals.
Telesales experience.
Excellent communication, convincing skills and strong telephone manner.
A proven track record within a sales environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Computer literate and experience in database navigation.
Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues.
Confident, self-motivated and commission driven.
Friendly personality.
Salary £9.00 - £10.00 per hour Plus Commission! Depending on Experience
This could lead to a permanent position for the right individual.
