🖥️ Receptionist / Office Administrator
We are looking for an organised and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our busy multi-disciplined construction company.
This is a varied role that combines front-of-house reception duties with administration support, employee time management and agency coordination.
Key Responsibilities;
♦️ Managing the main reception area and answering incoming calls;
♦️ Greeting visitors, clients and contractors professionally;
♦️ Handling emails and general office administration duties;
♦️ Managing employee timesheets, holidays and absences using the Focus App;
♦️ Processing and checking agency workers’ timesheets.
Requirements;
♦️ Previous reception or administration experience (preferred but not essential as training can be offered to the right candidate);
♦️ Strong organisational and communication skills;
♦️ Good IT skills including Microsoft Office;
♦️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
♦️ Attention to detail and accuracy;
♦️ Professional and friendly manner;
♦️ Experience using workforce management systems/apps would be advantageous.
