We have four fast-track graduate programmes on offer: Retail, Trading, Logistics and Rotational. All of th
em give you the chance to gain leadership experience and specialist expertise, as well as in-depth knowledge of our business. The rate of a progression is sometimes hard to believe. Within a few years you could find yourself running your own £1million store, scouring the world for new products or rolling out international logistical innovations. We also offer a direct entry route, which involves going straight into a role in one of our head office functions, such as marketing, property, finance, IT, legal, HR or e-commerce.
