A squeaky bum day today lifting a boat after I’ve repaired the keel. Front sling right on the repair. She held strong and I can breath again.

A pre season freshen up for this Jeanneau Fast 26. Topsides polished and the hull’s benefited from a good sand and a fresh coat of anti foul.

This Bayliner came to me with a very rotten floor. On further inspection it looks like it’s been done before to a poor standard. All completed and ready for the upcoming season. Be careful who you get to work on your boat people.

I’ve come across some dodgy repairs in my time working on boats. This is one of my personal favourites. The bulkheads in question are both rotten due to water ingress from the chain plates bolted to them. You could say quite an important structural part of the boat. 2 new marine ply bulkheads fitted all done in epoxy 💪

I’m always up for a challenge. Match this colour for some gel work and deal with that severe case of oxidisation. Came up well, finished with a marine grade ceramic coating to help prevent further fading and give a long lasting shine.

This poor quicksilver ended up beached causing some damage underneath. A patch of delamination and a hole in the keel along with hundreds of small scratches to deal with.
