It's Flightie Friday time! 🛩️ We're catching up with Travel Expert Chloe, who's sharing her favourite moments from a sun-soaked escape to Malta ☀️

✨ Highlight of your trip?
Malta's combination of history, culture and natural beauty made the whole trip incredibly memorable. A personal favourite was taking a boat trip along the coast. The water was so turquoise and crystal clear it genuinely looked unreal, and for once, the photos needed absolutely no filter 🚤

💡 Top tip for first-timers?
If you're a foodie, make sure Valletta is on your itinerary. Its fantastic food scene is reason enough to visit. I'd also recommend taking the short ferry over to Gozo, where you'll be rewarded with stunning coastal views and a chance to experience the island's laid-back atmosphere and welcoming local charm ️🌊

🔮 What would you do differently next time?
One of Malta's biggest advantages is its size, which means you can see and do so much, even on a short break. Next time, I'd spend more time seeking out hidden beaches and scenic coastal spots, as well as enjoying some snorkelling in the calm, shallow waters. It's the perfect destination for families and somewhere I'd love to explore more with my children 🤿🏖️

Time for Flightie Friday! 🛩️ We're catching up with Travel Expert Daisy, who's sharing her experiences exploring New Zealand's spectacular South Island, from scenic rail journeys and glacier country to unforgettable wildlife encounters 🇳🇿

🚆 Details of the trip
I explored New Zealand's South Island, taking in Christchurch, Franz Josef and Queenstown. Highlights included the iconic TranzAlpine train, kayaking on Lake Mapourika, visiting a kiwi sanctuary, and cruising through the breathtaking Milford Sound. Along the way, I stayed at the beautiful Te Waonui Forest Retreat, which was easily my favourite hotel of the trip 🦭

✨ Highlight of your trip?
It has to be spotting Kea, New Zealand's native alpine parrot and one of my favourite animals, closely followed by the incredible TranzAlpine train journey. Both had been firmly on my bucket list and completely lived up to expectations 🦜🚅

💡 Top tip for first-timers?
Pack for all seasons! New Zealand's weather can change quickly, and it's not unusual to experience multiple climates in a single trip 🌦️🧥

🔮 What would you do differently next time?
I'd head up the Queenstown Gondola earlier to enjoy the daytime views and add an extra night in Franz Josef, so I could try the heli-hike again after ours was cancelled due to the weather 🚁❄️
