Having the assistance of (commercial motor magazine) went a long way just a few years ago, when I appealed to them for help in approaching one of the largest airlines @ Heathrow to make their toilet facilities available for all drivers at all times, I contacted CMM and I provided them the footage and the details,
The rest is history, just me and a little help from a friend, it was and still is an accomplishment,
Otherwise we could all still be getting, "no sorry"
If your reading this while using the facilities,
Maybe we helped,
All staff should have bathroom facilities available at all times, no exceptions.
Still more to be done for available facilities at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, to name a few.
