Northumbria House Clearance Services We are no longer operating. We are an independent company who treat house and loft clearances how we we would treat our own house, with care and respect.

We are registered and licenced by the environment agency (which many people aren't and could be fined) and use local van companies to keep them in business too! All our items are sold as seen and no warranties. To provide reassurance, we are having all large appliances PAT tested. If they pass that test ONLY then will we sell them with their certificate and we will provide a money back guarantee i

f item not work if returned within 24 hours of purchase, (transportation at buyers own cost). Refund is only for the cost of the item, not transportation either way. All items are seen as sold so NHCS will not be responsible for any subsequent liability regarding its use.
