🔥 Open fire cooking in the Arctic Circle hits different. 🔥

Last week in Tromsø, Norway, we headed to Nitty Gritty — a steakhouse pushing the boundaries of open-fire cooking by blending local Norwegian produce with world-class international meats.

Over the flames we had:

And that was just the mains.
