"To whom it may concern,
I wish to leave a review for the Removal Team that attended my property today.

24b ********* Road,
W12 ***.

They came to move my American style freezer that was left in my downstairs hallway, as the previous Removal Team did not allocate it to its correct place on the 1st floor kitchen.
I was quite anxious about today's appointment after the previous experience.

It's easy to complain but it's also good character to share positive feedback!

The Team put me at ease instantly and were extremely dedicated to getting my fridge-freezer into it's correct location.
They were so precise, that they even created a makeshift model/size of the fridge-freezer from boxes and did a dummy run up the stairs to make sure of accuracy and accessibility.

They totally nailed it!
I have renamed your Team today!
They are officially...
The Eazy Freezy Crew! 😆

Ps I will void this review if I wake up to a puddle of water on the kitchen floor tomorrow! 🤭🤭🤭
