Originally part of Penguin Engineering, Penguin Refrigeration was established in 2002 as an independent company building a strong highly focused business in the marine refrigeration and air conditioning market. As sole UK distributors for Frigoboat Marine Refrigeration, Vitrifrigo Refrigeration and Climma Marine Air Conditioning. Penguin Refrigeration is recognised as a leading supplier of 12v & 24v marine & vehicle refrigeration and marine air conditioning products in the UK and increasingly involved in custom and high volume refrigeration solutions for superyachts. Jointly owned and managed by Ian Gorringe and Zeb Elliott Penguin's Directors bring more than 30 years combined experience to the business. From hands on roles running charter boats and working in the charter business in the Caribbean and the Med, to running large marine manufacturing companies and businesses supplying marine equipment globally, the Penguin senior management understand the demands and performance requirements of the products they supply. The Penguin business philosophy is simple: provide the best product available for the application, on time, competitively priced and with an outstanding level of service. To that end:

All our staff and engineers are trained in their area of specialisation to make sure we understand what is important to you when specifying the right vehicle fridge, boat fridge, spare part or marine AC system. Penguin's dedicated custom department was established to help our customers from initial specification through project management of the design, build and installation of the system right through to handover, commissioning and after sales support. The Penguin workshop provides service, repair and testing facilities for all the products we supply and support. Our technical support team provide technical support by phone and email globally and all our work is backed up by our manufacturers global service network.
