We recently completed a line relocation and office move in partnership with our client, Company Image Commercial Interiors Ltd, at the site of a national fulfilment operator. The work was planned in sequence before we arrived so the team could work through each stage safely.
The project required seven installers, supported by our installation supervisor. We had one single day to complete this full scope delivery.
➡️ Four inoperative sit-stand desks moved to a holding area.
➡️ A Framery pod relocated.
➡️ Four desks reconfigured into two back-to-back workstation clusters.
➡️ Six barriers removed and the floor made safe, with nothing left protruding.
➡️ Storage cabinets relocated.
➡️ Two packing benches removed from the production line and seven others reoriented.
➡️ Cage frontage removed, with pigeonhole racking, a television, rolling work table and two trolleys repositioned.
➡️ Protruding floor bolts cut flush.
➡️ A pallet weighing scale, barriers and workbench relocated.
Gloves and safety glasses were used for the power tool work, every site H&S requirement was followed, and each area was left safe and ready for use.
On a site of this scale, nothing stops for you. You work around the operation, safely, in the right order and to the agreed timeframe.
That is exactly what the team did.
Well done to our installation crew on this complex job.👏🏻
