ISO 14001 was not on our original checklist. Then we started thinking about what kind of business we actually wanted to be.

We wanted a proper system for managing our environmental impact. An actual process, checked by someone outside the business every year.

It keeps us compliant with environmental legislation too. Which matters.

Nobody sees this bit. 🚛

The curtainsider. The pallets. The careful loading. The coordination that happens before a single pod gets carried through a front door.

And honestly? That’s fine. It shouldn’t need to be visible.

But we think about it a lot. The office buzzes, the warehouse is alive with energy. We live it every day.

By the time a client walks into their transformed office and thinks “oh, this is lovely” there have been rather a lot of moving parts to get there. Quite literally.

Argh. The logistics alone.

Delivery windows. Building access. Lift sizes. Pallet weights. Warehouse scheduling. It’s unglamorous and it’s relentless and it matters enormously.

And then the installers turn up.

These are the people who show up early, work fast, problem-solve on the spot and somehow make a two-day install look like it was always going to go exactly that way. Calm under pressure. Brilliantly practical. Quietly brilliant, the lot of them.

They leave and the room is completely different.

The finished result only looks effortless because a lot of effort went in quietly first.

That’s true of most good work, isn’t it. 📦✨

Every site has its own rules. This one required full 5 Point PPE *hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, glasses, and gloves.*

Each pod was fully assembled, fitted, and ready for use, meeting the exact finish expected in a corporate office, delivered on time and without disrupting the teams around us.

Our journey from St Neots to Leeds highlights our commitment to covering the whole of the UK with the same team and consistent standards.
