Unfortunately due to customers thinking it’s ok to just pay whenever they feel like it, ALL jobs must be paid in full before the van leaves job site once you are happy ofcourse!

We offer to uplift while you’re out which will still apply but payment must be made once waste is removed unless terms are agreed on booking.

We are a small business & paying to dispose of someone’s waste then being ignored for days when asking for payment just cannot happen anymore as boys wages and all other running costs must be covered.

This won’t affect Companies we have payment terms with already,
