Very special friend of Wheels, Mavis Paterson, is having a movie made about her amazing life. What an inspiration she is, overcoming unbelievable struggles along the way - she is a shining example to us all. She is an amazing person and fantastic cyclist too. 🚴🏼‍♀️😍😍😍

We have pro riders Maddy Nutt and Alison Jackson joining us for tomorrow’s Gralloch Gatehouse bike bus. Meet at the top of Catherine Street at 8:20 to leave at 8:30. Stopping at Garden Street etc on the way. We were lucky to see Alison win her biggest race, Paris Roubaix Femmes in 2023 from the side of the cobbled section at Orchies. Maddy just won the Traka 560km race in a record 26 hours 31 minutes. Amazing athletes and role models. All welcome, the more the merrier.
