Import Clerk – Feltham, Middx

Hours: 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday Join a well‑established, rapidly growing logistics team. Step into a role where you can make an impact fast. If you’re confident handling import operations and ready to take ownership in a busy logistics environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing!

Import documentation — Managing air waybills & bills of lading, commercial
invoices, and customs entries

Freight coordination — Working with carriers, freight forwarders and internal teams

Shipment tracking — Monitoring inbound cargo and updating systems

Customs compliance — Ensuring all shipments meet UK regulations

Team support — Providing essential admin support

What You Bring!

Strong start‑to‑finish import knowledge

CDS customs entry experience

Knowledge of Sequoia or Boxtop (advantageous)

Excellent organisational and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Confident IT skills, including MS Office
