JOB VACANCY;
Right-Hand Operations Specialist – 24/7 Express Courier (TW15, Ashford)
We are a busy 24-hour express courier company based in TW15 near Heathrow. We specialise in
time-critical deliveries, high-value art handling, express deliveries and careful transport of
goods across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for a polite, presentable and reliable right-hand person to support the owner
across all areas of the business. Full training will be provided in every aspect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising with customers, understanding their needs and giving accurate prices/quotes
• Booking and tracking external couriers
• Careful art packing, wrapping and protection of high-value items
• Art installs and de-installs at client sites
• House and office moves / removals
• Booking jobs for our own vans and drivers
• General warehouse / office duties at our TW15 facility (receiving, inventory, despatch,
loading, packing)
• Supporting deliveries and collections across the UK when required
• Flying with goods or to meet clients as needed
Requirements:
• Smart, polite and professional with excellent customer service skills• Good with maths/numbers (quoting prices, measurements, calculations)
• Full UK driving licence + good knowledge of UK road networks
• Valid passport
• Experience in packing/wrapping delicate or high-value items (especially art) is a big
advantage
• Flexible availability for 24/7 operations (including evenings, weekends and occasional
nights)
• Reliable, trustworthy and keen to learn the entire business
• The ability to think critically and problem solve
