Day 37 last stopover at Boston Lincolnshire before arriving back home after this memory filled trip.

End of Day 36
Found a spot for the night just below North Yorkshire Moors National Park at Golden Square Touring Park. A nice wander with Missy and a Tia Maria Coffee back at the van. Night night!

Day 36. Homeward bound x missing family x. What a beautiful drive down the A68. Stopped for lunch at the Duke of York before an afternoon drive to North Yorkshire Moors stopover. Bye bye Scotland till next time x definitely be back all being well x

Day 35 chilling watching movies in the van.
Day 36 homeward stretch today. Stopping somewhere!!!

Day 34. Left the Kelpies behind to travel further South towards home. Too the A roads for a more scenic drive and arrived at Peebles on the River Tweed for lunch and a little look around the village. Lovely Lasagna whilst decided where we should stop. Travelling along the A roads again alongside the Tweed where we saw lots of wading fishermen. Martin just reminding me ‘Did you know I caught a Salmon on the River Tay with my Ghillie Ian!’ 🤪😂😆🤗🥱😴

Now at Jedburgh Camping and Caravan Club Site for tonight and Sunday night. Then the next jump toward home on Monday.

Day 33 cont. Evening arrived and it was definitely worth the wait. A magical sight of the enormous Kelpies heads coming out of the water all lit up.

Day 32 stayed another night as booked in an extra to get a rest day before moving on tomorrow.

Day 31 cont. Things didn’t quite go to plan, dare I say typical man’s timing and forgetting the time playing with their chain saws 🤣😂🤣😂🤣. So till we return to this beautiful place for the offer of a camping spot for our van and fishing next time!

So we had a look around the Chocolate makers and bought some ridiculously expensive chocolate before we decided to go for a drive.

Popped in at Dewars Distillery for a coffee and the obligatory Whiskey dram of Dewars 18 year mature. Gosh that warm the chest up a tad!

Then into Aberfeldy to give Missy a run at the park there, over the lovely bridge and a park up for a while as the sun started to go down over the end of Loch Tay.

Drove back along the back lanes to The Inn on the Tay for tea. A fish platter for Martin and Venison for me, settled us off for a short drive back to the site.
