Introduce presumed liability for civil cases relating to certain road collisions, to shift the burden of proof. It would mean when vulnerable road users, e.g cyclists & pedestrians, claim against a more powerful road user (a driver), the driver would be presumed liable unless they prove otherwise.

Free cycle confidence sessions now in Exmouth!!
Looking to get back on a bike after a long time, or wanting to brush up on your skills for the summer?
You can now access a FREE cycle confidence session, here in Exmouth.

Sessions are 1 hour long, in groups of up to 3, and you’ll stick to quiet roads and cycle paths.

You can borrow a bike and helmet for free before the session, which starts at Exmouth Cycles on Victoria Road.

Open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Devon.
