Summer cycling smiles at Myriad! ☀️🚲

There is nothing quite like the feeling of the warm summer breeze as you ride! 🌤️

Our clients have been absolutely loving their adaptive cycling sessions this summer, making the most of the sunshine and staying active together.

We want to send a huge, heartfelt thank you to PAL Fitness & Education CIC for running these incredible sessions for us!

You truly make movement accessible, empowering and above all, incredibly fun! Watching our clients build confidence, try out different adapted bikes and beam with pride on every lap is what summer is all about 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Yesterday was our last session with Bikeability this summer. We have succeeded in teaching lots of our SEND children and siblings as young as 3 to ride this summer and lots of you came along yesterday to enjoy the track with us and show off your skills!

A particularly emotional moment when one of our most severely intellectually disabled children, climbed onto a bike himself and began riding independently! An amazing achievement 🤩

We are back next Wednesday for another cycle for all session and we will be teaming up again with Bikeability in the future!

We are expecting high temperatures this afternoon! ⚠️

we are still going ahead with today’s session for those who still wish to attend.

We will have the gazebo up to offer some shade and will have some extra bottles of water on site for those who need it.

Please if you are attending remember to wear suncream, bring plenty of fluids and a snack!!

What a great day we had yesterday out on the track! And didn’t we all enjoy that breeze 😍

Yesterday we looked after 2 care homes, 2 day centres, we had 6 children learning to ride 2 wheel bikes and 13 families come along to use our adapted bikes 🤩

We were also visited by Nigel Huddleston MP who came along to see us in action after seeing some our bikes at lots of community events.

We will be back on the track next week for a cycling for all session, our next FREE session which includes the learn to ride is the 19th August, book now to avoid disappointment 👇

Another busy session up at the track this afternoon!

Today we had bikeability in attendance and we are pleased to announce several of our SEND riders learnt to ride a 2 wheel bike today 🎉🎉 🚲 an amazing achievement! 👏

We also had 3 care homes in attendance 🙏

Plus lots of families, a few of our children had their first ever riding experience today thanks to our adapted bikes 🚲

At PAL Fitness & Education, we believe cycling should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or ability.

29th July, 5th August, 19th August are FREE thanks to with qualified instructors available to deliver learn to ride sessions for all abilities!

Our Adapted Cycling Sessions at Evesham Velo Park provide a fun, safe and inclusive environment where children, adults, families and individuals with SEND or additional needs can enjoy the freedom of cycling using a wide range of adapted bikes. Our range of two wheeled & adapted bikes can be used by anyone who wants to try cycling, for get back into cycling so why not come along have have a go!

Whether you're building confidence, trying cycling for the first time, or simply looking for an enjoyable way to stay active, we'd love to welcome you.
